Building Livable Communities Forum Announced for 9/22

On September 22, 2010, Partners For Livable Communities and the Smithsonian’s Hirshhorn Museum are hosting a forum to create a common framework that will allow federal and Congressional leaders and staff to most effectively coordinate to advance livability values.

Emphasizing quality of life issues such as arts and culture, local institutions and good design, this forum reflects another facet of the federal Partnership for Sustainable Communities. The targeted audience includes Congressional representatives, federal agencies, think tanks, cultural institutions, and community development leaders.
