TRB is sponsoring the 10th National Conference on Transportation Planning for Small and Medium–Sized Communities: Tools of the Trade on September 22-24, 2010, in Williamsburg, Virginia. The conference will explore information on the factors relating to the planning, development, programming, and implementation of multi-modal transportation facilities for small and medium-sized communities. Future research and implementation needs will also be addressed.
