Cool & Connected: Action steps for broadband investment & downtown revitalization

Broadband—fast, reliable internet service—can be an important piece of the digital puzzle for communities trying to find their place in the 21st-century economy.

Expanding broadband access can help communities revitalize their downtowns and attract and retain a new generation of workers. But beginning the process can be daunting, particularly for smaller communities with limited resources.

To help communities get started, we brought together a team to share some action steps for broadband investment. Their insights have been informed by their work with communities across the country helping them develop their strategies for broadband investment. This webinar will help you (and your community) develop your own strategies and an action plan for using broadband to create walkable, connected, and economically vibrant main streets and small town neighborhoods.
