Smart Growth America (SGA) is seeking one to three mission-aligned organizations to share space within our high-quality office at 1350 I (“Eye”) Street NW, next to Franklin Square and the McPherson Square Metro station. SGA is a national non-profit organization advancing policy change in transportation and land use to create thriving, well-connected communities. SGA has capacity to sub-lease up to 10 individual work stations and associated common spaces. SGA is seeking commitments of at least one year or up to 10 years and will prioritize organizations interested in a higher number of desk spaces. SGA is currently scoping sub-lease arrangements with partner organizations and anticipates moving forward with the process with the building management in early summer 2025.
